SLCC Woman's Basketball defeats Colorado Northwestern 102-36

TAYLORSVILL, Utah- SLCC had six players in double figures as they defeated Colorado Northwestern 102-36 in Rangely, Colorado Saturday night. The Bruins move to 11-2 on the season and 2-0 in conference play.
"We had a really fast start and kept that momentum going for the entire game," head coach
Betsy Specketer said. "I'm really proud of the contributions from everyone today."
Clarissa Sabedra posted a double-double racking up 15 points and a game-high 11 assists.
Raushan Gultekin gained a team-high 16 points and nine steals.
Tanesha Daniels added 11 points. While
Cassidy Whitney,
Shelby Richards, and
Tara Goldman tacked on 10 points each to round up the night.
The Bruins shot 71 percent from the free throw line and 58 percent from the field.
SLCC returns home to take on Western Wyoming Wednesday evening. Tip-off is at 5:30 p.m.
