TWIN FALLS, Idaho - (Thursday, March  13, 2025)- No. 4 seed Salt Lake Women's basketball  defeated No. 2 seed Snow College 67-63 and became the 2025 Regional Champs. 

After a huge second quarter the Bruins led 45-29 at halftime. The Badgers stormed back and took a 59-58 lead with 3:12 to play, but Salt Lake was clutch down the stretch and pulled off another upset. 

Tahys Da Silva splashed home six three-pointers and led all scorers with 24 points. Ahnica Russell-Brown added 12 points and five assists for Salt Lake. 

The Bruins were 10-16 from deep as a team. Ines Babaya and Da Silva combined for seven of Salt Lake's 12 steals.
